Nothing, the appointment was cared twice, haven't seen the consultant for 3 months!
We have had no dinner and the car park has cost us a fortune!

Department of urology is a helpless dept.
A letter cancellation of those appointments. I was given appointment today with Mr Kulkin, that two and half hours waiting time this was at 3.30 could not get an appointment but till 5.30, feel sorry for this service. I am 72 years old.

Staff members are very helpful and care. It is very important to have a professional team who listens to your needs and they do it very well.
The only thing I have to mention is that I never go on machines or "physiotherapy" exercises with the staff members and all my appointments here 1 to 1 talking sessions.

Good and fast response on arriving to A and E and then being passed to the ward. Nurses giving a fantastic care and as much information as they could when asked especially Theresa and Lindsay. Could be improved the triage at the reception when arriving to A and E and don't be sended to G.P when obvious we needed paediatric A and E.
